Having worked for a company and for law firms specialized in real estate, Ms FALLET-TOURNAYRE has experience in those fields, hence she can broadly assist each client in their property projects, from the acquisition of a property to construction works and the transfer of their assets.

Your Lawyer is also member of the "Marché Immobilier des Avocats", therefore she is entitled to act as a Real Estate Transaction Agent and to assist her clients in the sale or acquisition of an asset.

Perfectly fluent, Ms FALLET-TOURNAYRE guides international and English-speaking clients in their projects, and assists and advises them in full transparency.

SCHEDULE OF FEES

Our invoices are issued in strict compliance with the lawyers’ ethical guidelines and they are subject to a fee agreement which is negotiated at the opening of the file.

The invoice can be calculated based on hourly rates:

Lawyer’s hourly rate: EUR 190.00 / hour (taxes excluded);
Hourly rate for any administrative due diligence: EUR 40.00 / hour (taxes excluded);
Hourly rate for travel: EUR 87.00 / hour (taxes excluded).
The appointment (1 hour) via videoconference or in-person: EUR130 (including taxes)

We can also consider fixed-price invoicing, based on a rate established at the outset of the assistance, although it may be substantially revised based on the nature of the service, the increased number of documents, meetings or telephone calls.

Finally, each matter may also be subject to a success fee previously agreed with the client in the fee agreement.

The fees are in any case set transparently and in agreement with the client at the beginning of the mission.
